Eaton is seeking a CNC Machinist (Operator A) on 2nd shift in Glenolden, PA. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts from engineering drawings, using GD&T, G-code, and precision inspection tools.

This role includes training teammates and driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. The position offers a 2nd shift (2:00 PM–11:15 PM, M-F) with a base hourly rate of $26.50 plus 15% shift premium.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of Machinist or Tool Maker experience.
• ITAR: US person status required; relocation not offered; candidates within 50-mile radius preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes per engineering drawings.
• Interpret GD&T per ANSI/ASME Y14.5 guidelines; manufacture parts to spec.
• Interpret and edit G-code NC programs and verify with inspection tools.
• Train others on machines and processes within Value Stream.
• Identify and initiate continuous improvement for safety, quality, and cost.
