Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in CNC operation.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional, NC/CNC and automatic chucking machines to perform turning, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, threading, forming, facing, milling, slotting, grooving, chamfering, serrating and deburring operations.
• Position parts into chucks and fixtures; adjust speeds/feeds; start machining cycles and inspect parts for tolerances.
• Refer to drawings/diagrams; maintain tolerances with gauges; assist in tooling changes and TPM activities.
• Maintain material flow in cells; keep work area clean and orderly; may train others.
