Qualifications

• Min. 3 years' experience operating CNC milling, turning, grinding and EDM machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform inspections with precision tools.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines for precision medical components.
• Manufacture parts to spec while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Inspect parts using precision measurement equipment and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot processes and support tooling and fixture improvements.
• Mentor less experienced team members and document manufacturing work.
