Qualifications
- 3+ years CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform inspections with precision tools.
- Strong English communication and math skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.
- Manufacture precision medical components meeting quality requirements.
- Perform in-process inspections and read blueprints.
- Identify tooling offsets and troubleshoot processes.
- Collaborate with engineers on tooling and process improvements.
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Complete documentation and maintain safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform PMs.
