Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• 0 to 6 months of experience operating machining equipment producing simple to moderately complex components.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machinery to manufacture medical components from raw materials.
• Operate multiple simple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Use precision measuring and inspection equipment to verify product quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Identify and replace dull tooling as required.
• Complete production documentation, data entry transactions, and barcode scanning accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in team activities and problem solving.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Follow Quality System requirements, policies, FDA regulations, QSR, and applicable standards.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
