Qualifications

• 0-3 years' experience or technical training CNC certification.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.

• Working knowledge of G-code/M-code.
• 8+ years CNC machining experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting and setup expertise.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment including HMC, mill-turn, grinders, and balancing machines.
• Follow safety, quality, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain 6S workplace standards and ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Perform inspections, tool changes, and basic adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, team leaders, and peers to resolve issues and improve processes.

What You Will Do

Salary Range $42,000 - $99,000 depending on experience.

Machinist I - Intermediate

• Learn to operate CNC machines under guidance
• Follow established procedures and work instructions
• Support team members while developing core machining skills
• Participate in training and skill development programs

Machinist II - Advanced

• Independently operate multiple CNC machine types
• Troubleshoot common machining and process issues
• Interpret blueprints and perform in-process inspections
• Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members

Machinist III - Expert

• Expertly operate and troubleshoot complex machining processes
• Lead root cause analysis and solve advanced technical issues
• Mentor and train machinists across all levels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications by Level

Machinist I

• 0-3 years' experience/ or technical training CNC certification
• Basic blueprint reading skills

Machinist II

• 4-8 years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to operate multiple machine types independently

Machinist III

• 8+ years of CNC machining experience
