Location and Compensation

Buffalo, NY. Be part of an exciting journey as we prepare for production at our new facility in the Western New York Science & Technology Advanced Manufacturing Park (STAMP). Edwards Genesee location address: 6685 Crosby Rd Basom, NY 14013.

Salary Range: $21 – $31 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Your role

As a CNC Machinist I, you will learn to operate CNC equipment while developing foundational machining skills. You will support production by following defined procedures and working closely with more experienced machinists and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, or balancer machines under supervision; seek assistance when encountering operational issues.
• Follow standard safety protocols and quality procedures.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in alignment with 6S principles.
• Collaborate with Cell Support Engineers and Team Leaders to identify and resolve basic issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
