Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts up to 160″ long and up to 36″ in diameter by creating CNC lathe programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation. This is afull-time, second-shiftposition in a clean, well-equipped facility where your work makes a real impact. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines is required.
• Ability to program using Mazatrol is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up, Program and Run CNC Lathes
• Inspect your own parts
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
• Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
• Operate forklift - training and certification will be provided
• Maintain a safe working environment
