Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up and operate CNC Turning centers? Are you looking for a role that will challenge you? Do you like to figure out how to run a part the best way?

If you said yes to the questions above, we want to talk to you. Krueger Bearings creates bearings for many different applications in the industrial field. We are proud to say we provide the bearings that help propel the US Navy ships through the water.

We need people who can "think outside the box" when running a part because we specialize in 1 or 2 piece orders. For Krueger Bearings, a 10-piece order is considered a large quantity run. Our machinists do multiple set-ups a day. Some program right at the machine and some program using Mastercam and Solidworks models. If you don't program, not a problem. We are willing to train if you want to learn.

2nd shift hours: Work a 4-day work week; 2nd shift core hours are 3 pm - 1 am (Monday - Thursday).

When we make a hire, we are looking for a long-term working relationship with our employees. When times get tough, we don't let our employees go.

Our ideal candidates:

1. Show up for work every day and put in their best efforts.
2. Have 5+ years' experience in a job shop / machine shop.
3. Knowledge of finishing parts or ability to learn.
