Job description

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up and operate CNC Turning centers? Are you looking for a challenging role? Do you enjoy figuring out the best way to run a part?

If you answered yes to these questions, we want to talk to you. Krueger Bearings creates bearings for various industrial applications, including those that propel US Navy ships.

We need individuals who can "think outside the box" when running parts, as we specialize in small batch orders—typically 1 or 2 pieces, with 10 pieces considered a large run. Our machinists perform multiple setups daily, programming either directly at the machine or using Mastercam and Solidworks models. If you don't currently program, we are willing to train you.

2nd shift hours: Work a 4-day week; core hours are 3 pm - 1 am, Monday through Thursday.

We seek long-term employees. When times are tough, we do not lay off our staff.

1. Show up consistently and give their best effort.
2. Have 5+ years of experience in a job shop or machine shop.
3. Possess knowledge of finishing parts or have the ability to learn.
