Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and more by creating CNC Mill programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation. This is a full-time, second-shift position in a clean, well-equipped facility where your work makes a real impact. If you like to work independently, solve problems, and enjoy a quieter shift with fewer distractions— this one's for you.

• Starting pay ranges from $30 - $38/hr, plus an additional 10% shift differential and paid mealtime

What You Need To Succeed

• 3+ years of experience operating 5 Axis Machining Centers is required
• Ability to program using Mastercam is required.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
  
  

Responsibilities Include

• Set up, Program and Run 5-Axis Machining Centers.
• Review part specification and requirements.
• Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection.
• Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation using measuring instruments.
• Operate forklift - training and certification will be provided
• Maintain a safe working environment
