Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, fabrication, machining, CNC operation, or industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Experience operating CNC machines, laser cutting equipment, machining centers, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with productivity and accountability.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC manufacturing equipment, including laser cutting machines and other CNC-controlled fabrication equipment.
• Review work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, nesting programs, and specifications prior to production.
• Verify material type, dimensions, thickness, and machine settings before beginning production runs.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure production efficiency, quality, and equipment reliability.
• Load, unload, position, and transport materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, carts, hand trucks, and approved lifting devices.
• Support production teams with fabrication, forming, grinding, deburring, sanding, and finishing operations as required.
