The role supports production by ensuring high-quality parts are produced on schedule while maintaining equipment readiness and safe practices.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-focused, and capable of resolving routine machine issues, with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating laser cutting equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Trumpf 3060 laser cutting equipment following production schedules and specs.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and drawings prior to production.
• Verify material type, thickness, and cutting parameters before processing.
• Perform startup/shutdown and routine checks; monitor cut quality and efficiency.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout shift.
