Job summary

Qualifications

Must have 2–4 years CNC machining experience and be able to perform basic setups.
Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
Knowledge of G and M codes and ability to troubleshoot program issues.
Ability to operate Fanuc and Haas CNC controls.
Strong math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, offsets, feeds, and speeds.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform full basic setups on CNC machines with the ability to independently set up and run all jobs on CNC lathes using Fanuc and Haas controllers.
Demonstrate working knowledge of G and M codes; troubleshoot and correct basic program and code-related issues.
Install, replace, and maintain tooling and machine components, ensure proper offsets and alignment.
Monitor parts during production to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish, follow safety and quality standards.
Perform additional duties to support production needs and overall operational success.
Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned.
