Georg Fischer Signet LLC is seeking a Machinist II to set up and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc and Haas controls. You will verify dimensions with precision tools, adjust tooling, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires 2–4 years of CNC experience, strong reading of blueprints, and adherence to quality standards. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to perform basic setups on CNC lathes and mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Working knowledge of G and M codes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc and Haas controls.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish per drawings.
• Maintain tooling and offsets; perform deburring and cleaning.
• Monitor production and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Follow safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
