Qualifications

• 2-year technical certification or equivalent experience
• Experience operating CNC machines and performing setups
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce components and adjust processes as needed
• Conduct thorough quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments per specifications
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions
• Document production records and maintain logs
• Collaborate with programmers and engineers to optimize machining processes
