This role supports multiple phases from concept through delivery, collaborating with customers and internal teams. The position requires 4+ years of CNC experience, proficiency in 3D programming, and the ability to read complex drawings.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of CNC machining and 3D programming experience.
• Experience with 3-axis milling operations.
• Proficient in Tebis, WorkNC or Mastercam software.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings of 3D parts.

Aufgaben

• Develop wire frame and solid models, modify imported models, and edit post processors to suit various equipment using Tebis, WorkNC or Mastercam software.
• Operate CNC machines, lathes and mills, inspect quality, and make adjustments.
• Receive and interpret direction in multiple formats: verbal, sketches, prints, CAD files, solid models.
• Lead planning and setup of multi-phase CNC machining process including troubleshooting, design changes, and issue resolution.
• Prep, inspect, finish, and join parts using manual equipment and hand tools.
• Design and machine fixtures and jigs.
• Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized state.
