Job summary

rms Company is seeking a CNC Programmer to create and implement high-quality CNC programs for multi-axis parts in a production setting. You will verify programs, set up and prove them on equipment, and support tooling decisions to reduce costs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years CAD/CAM programming, a background as a level 3 machinist, and strong knowledge of Gibbs, Esprit, and SolidWorks. Great team players with solid math and blueprint reading skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming.
• Experience as a level 3 machinist.
• Working knowledge of Gibbs, Esprit, and SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in word, excel, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Writes and/or modifies CNC programs and instruction sheets for multi-axis machined parts.
• Monitors performance of program after implementation and adjusts as needed.
• Maintain program files and provide ongoing support for machining processes.
• Assist in training operators on equipment and programs.
