Component Repair Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to plan, develop, and program CNC mills, lathes, and grinders for turbine engine components using Mastercam and NC Plot.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience operating CNC milling/turning/grinding.
• Experience with Mastercam and NC Plot for CNC programming.
• Strong GD&T and first article inspection skills.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machines for turbine engine components.
• Develop CNC programs from engineering drawings for milling, turning, and grinding.
• Work with Mastercam and NC Plot; verify with first piece inspection and revisions.
• Document setup information and assist in fixture design.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists for process improvements.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
