Job summary

Race Winning Brands (RWB) in Mentor, OH seeks a skilled CNC Programmer to write and optimize production programs for CNC mills. You will collaborate with engineers and the manufacturing team to improve processes and ensure high-quality parts.

The role requires CAM software proficiency, CAD knowledge, and hands-on machining experience. You will maintain programs, troubleshoot issues, and document setups while contributing to a world-class manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of machining experience using CNC mills and 2-3 years programming experience using CAM software.
• Working knowledge of CAD systems and solid understanding of machine processes and cutting tools.
• Proficiency in CAM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Write production CNC programs that meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements.
• Maintain and update CNC programs due to design changes.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing software and codes.
• Translate design specifications into instructions for cutting tools and machining operations.
• Operate machines as required.
• Communicate with group leader regarding work-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all work.
• Develop setup documentation.
