Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years’ experience in Setup and running CNC machining equipment.
• Minimum 4-years’ precision machining experience.
• Practical experience with G & M codes, tool geometry, and tool wear offsets.
• Superior inspection measurement skills including GD&T, optical comparators, microscopes, and manual inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CNC machines and perform setups.
• Follow 5S, maintain clean and organized work area.
• Log data in the job tracking system daily.
• Perform real-time inspections and maintain process control.
• Troubleshoot non-conformances with approved tooling or program changes.
