Responsibilities

• Safety first in all tasks and assess situations before proceeding.
• Machine products to required specifications and set up CNC mills/lathes.
• Create and document programs and set-up documentation as needed.
• Develop machining processes to hold tight tolerances, down to .0002" where required.
• Inspect in-process product and document measurements; adjust tooling as needed.
• Operate various machines and use multiple control brands (Fanuc, Hurco, Mazak, Milltronics, Mitsubishi).
• Apply GD&T and use inspection tools; ensure quality and productivity.
