Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

• Experience using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines using drawings, specs, and programs.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Edit and optimize CNC programs to improve performance and quality.
• Perform manual machining operations on Bridgeport‑style equipment when required.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and support quality documentation.
