Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines from drawings.
• Build sub-routines accounting for geometry and tolerances to ensure accuracy.
• Manually program and run Bridgeport-type machines from blueprints.
• Select tooling, review programs, and edit to keep production on spec.
• Maintain tight tolerances based on part drawings.
• Handle secondary operations such as deburring when needed.
• Support and guide lower-level operators on proper machine use.
• Keep production records updated and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report equipment or material issues.

What You’ll Do

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
