Qualifications

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years on CNC lathes or mills
• Ability to read and follow engineering blueprints and specs
• Experience working in a machining environment and collaborating in a team
• US Citizenship is required for the position

Responsibilities

• Fabricate components meeting design specifications
• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and surface grinders
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and depth of cut for quality parts
• Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, and micrometers
• Maintain equipment and observe lean practices in the work area
• Collaborate with team to resolve problems and improve processes
