Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for the Repairs Division. The role offers competitive base pay with significant incentive opportunities as the team handles power generation service, parts, and repairs.

Responsibilities include setting up machines per blueprints, measuring with QC tools, and maintaining equipment while working with Mazak, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls. Overtime and off-shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CNC and/or manual machine tools.
• Familiarity with Vernier calipers, micrometers, indicators and gauges.
• Able to read blueprints and perform shop math.
• Willing to work overtime and off shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using math skills.
• Record labor hours with in-house tracking software.
• Maintain machine tools and related equipment per maintenance schedule.
• Keep a clean, safe working environment.

The Repairs Division located in St. Louis, MO is seeking experienced CNC Machinists. MD&A offers a competitive base salary with significant opportunity for incentive compensation.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances utilizing math skills.
• Use in-housework tracking software to effectively capture labor hours on specific jobs.
• Maintain assigned machine tools & related equipment, according to daily maintenance schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Work with Mazak, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls.
• Design set-ups based on blueprint requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with one or more of the following machine tools is required: Horizontal Mill, Horizontal Lathe, Vertical Mill and Vertical Turret Lathe.
• Experience with CNC and / or manual machine tools.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to achieve intended objectives.
• Ability to read and use related quality control tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, indicators and gauges.
• Have knowledge of shop math, metal properties, layout and machining procedures.
• Must be willing to work overtime during busy periods, as well as off shift work.
