Prince Industries in Pepperell, MA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and program CNC machinery for metallic and non-metallic parts. You will read blueprints with GD&T, handle fixtures, and participate in process improvements within ISO-regulated environment.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC experience, high school diploma or GED, and ability to work 2:30pm–1:00am, Monday–Thursday. We offer robust benefits including healthcare, retirement plan, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years preferred experience and/or training in CNC Machining.
• High school diploma or GED required; associates or related training preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, even in noisy environments.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints; GD&T knowledge required.
• Load/unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate CNC mills; set up and program as needed.
• Maintain fixtures, tooling, and measurement devices.
• Support process improvements and ISO procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized machine shop and report issues.
