Job summary

Prince Industries LLC in Pepperell, MA, seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and program CNC machinery for metallic and non-metallic parts. Proficient with G and M codes, CAD/CAM software, fixture design, and work holding; leadership skills are valued.

Core shift 2:30pm–1:00am, Mon–Thurs, with schedule based on availability. The ideal candidate has 3+ years CNC experience, reads blueprints with GD&T, and can contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints with GD&T proficiency.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and accurately.
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints and GD&T.
• Loads and unloads raw materials safely.
• Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerances.
• Operates CNC mills with minimal supervision.
• Selects and uses inserts, fixtures and tooling.
• Performs tool wear offsets and shift adjustments.
