Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience required.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills.
• Experience creating or editing CNC programs in production.
• Mastercam programming experience essential.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills for various operations.
• Generate and edit CNC programs using CAM software and Mastercam.
• Install tooling, perform setups, and verify offsets.
• Interpret drawings to determine machining requirements and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot issues, adjust programs, and inspect parts with precision tools.
• Maintain 5S and safe, organized work area; meet production targets.
