Job summary

CMI Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking CNC Machinist positions with 40+ hour weeks and day or night shifts. Candidates must understand G & M codes, GD&T, and have 2–5 years of CNC experience in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include setup, tool loading, inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience running CNC lathes or CNC mills.
• Clear understanding of G & M codes and GD&T standards.
• Ability to load programs and verify machine operation and revisions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines without oversight running proven production jobs.
• Understand process troubleshooting techniques and apply them.
• Perform setup, loading, indicating, touch-off, and tool offset adjustments.
