Job summary

Aerotek is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to set up and operate mills, lathes, or Swiss machines in a fast-paced, contract-to-hire environment in Minnesota. You will read blueprints, verify tolerances with precision instruments, and ensure quality and safety across production runs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and may have Haas or multi-axis/Swiss experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with CNC machine setup and operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards.
