Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Leawood, Kansas. The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specifications with efficiency and precision.

The shift runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. We are an employee-owned company offering an air-conditioned shop, ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for OT.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specs.
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to interpret geometric tolerances accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 guidance.
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment regularly.
• Work from raw stock or welded materials while maintaining accuracy.
