Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Leawood, KS. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with pay ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections, and help maintain equipment in a quality-driven environment. We offer ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, a comprehensive benefits package, and an air-conditioned,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work full-time 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Familiar with reading blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials; maintain equipment.
