Job summary
Webco Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Basehor, KS. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, focusing on precise, high-quality machining and meeting customer specifications.
You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance. We offer an air-conditioned shop, an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and a strong benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
- Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Basic math skills and instruction-following ability.
- Ability to read and interpret geometric tolerances.
- Strong analytical skills and precision.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items.
- Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
- Ensure work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
- Comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
- Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
