Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Louisburg, KS. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and emphasizes precision, efficiency, and meeting customer specifications with high-quality machining.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to perform basic math and read instructions.
• Ability to interpret geometric tolerancing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and equipment such as a drill press, lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, measure, gauge, and inspect to meet specs.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery.
