Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Louisburg, KS. The role operates CNC mills and lathes, reads blueprints, and ensures parts meet exact specifications with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math and blueprint reading.
• Understanding of Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Analytical mindset for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment including drill presses, lathes, and CNC mills/lathes.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce required parts.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections per standards.
• Follow ISO 9001 requirements and help maintain compliance.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
