Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a CNC Machinist for day shift to operate milling equipment and perform precise machining per blueprints and specifications. You will monitor machines, perform quality checks, and perform minor offset adjustments to maintain tolerances.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, loading parts, changing tools, and documenting inspection results while following safety and standard procedures. Strong attention to detail and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years related tooling experience or demonstrated ability to perform described position responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, specs, work instructions and setup sheets to understand part requirements.
• Operate CNC milling equipment with proper safety and setup.
• Load parts, perform tool changes and basic machine controls.
• Verify parts with inspection tools and document results.
• Make minor cutter compensation or offset adjustments as needed.
• Identify and communicate issues affecting quality or process stability.
