Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to perform high-precision machining operations.
• Monitor feeds and speeds; diagnose malfunctions and adjust as needed.
• Measure and inspect completed parts using precision instruments to ensure aerospace specs.
• Collaborate with NC programmers to prove out new programs for safe operation.
• Follow instructions for fabrication methods and optimize setups for efficiency.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
