We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC Machines (mills and lathes) to manufacture precision metal (mainly aluminum) components in a production environment. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will ensure the highest quality standards are met while maintaining efficient production workflows. • Familiarity with electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to interpret GD&T specifications to ensure tight tolerances are met consistently.
• Basic math skills necessary for calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and machine settings.
• Experience with CNC quality inspection processes to verify part accuracy against blueprints.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate level to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
