Job summary

Successful candidates will use blueprints, read tolerances, and work with FANUC controls, aiming for high-quality, precise parts. A $1,000 bonus after 90 days is offered along with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of machining experience or training.
• Able to work any shift and overtime.
• Experience with composites, metals, or aluminum extrusions.
• Able to read blueprints and understand tolerance.
• Able to read CNC programs and perform shop math.
• Knowledge of FANUC controls.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools including grinders, mills, lathes, and hones.
• Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, or materials onto machines.
• Read blueprints and check work to quality gauges and tolerances.
• Monitor product quality and troubleshoot errors.
• Collaborate with engineering, supervision, or manufacturing teams to exchange technical information.
• Read process instructions and communicate them to others.
