Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Machinist for 1st shift in Delavan, Wisconsin, to perform precision CNC operations on a variety of parts. The role requires reading part drawings, GD&T, shop math, and maintaining tools and coolant levels.

You will set up machines, use CNC and manual equipment, comply with safety rules, and participate in overtime. The position offers a $30.00–$32.00 per hour wage, plus a $1,000 hiring bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years CNC machining experience required.
• Must read part drawings and understand shop math.
• GD&T and print comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC/precision machining operations on a variety of parts.
• Set up machines where procedures are standardized.
• Utilize CNC and manual equipment plus gauges and refractometer.
• Read part drawings and verify with fixed/adjustable gauges.
• Maintain coolant ratios and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
