DuPont is seeking a skilled Machinist for our climate-controlled Valley View, OH site. The role involves setting up and operating CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts for aerospace, commercial, and military applications. Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in machining position or equivalent training program.
• Ability to work different shifts and overtime.
• Experience in machining composites, metals, and aluminum extrusions.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (grinders, mills, lathes, hones).
• Align fixtures, tools, and materials on machines.
• Read blueprints and verify with quality gauges.
• Monitor quality, troubleshoot, and resolve errors.
• Communicate with engineering and supervision on technical info.
• Read and interpret process instructions and drawings.
• Participate in audits and training programs.
• Maintain quality metrics and suggest improvements.
• Operate mobile transport equipment.
• Support supplier quality and source inspection as needed.
