Job summary

DuPont's Stow, Ohio site is a clean, climate-controlled light manufacturing facility. The Production Technician will operate presses, ovens, and assembly equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This role offers 2nd or 3rd shift with a $2.50/hr premium and a $1,000 onboarding bonus after 90 days. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift 55 lbs are required, with overtime possible in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and wear a respirator.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime.
• Two+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses, ovens, and basic assembly equipment.
• Ensure quality and conformance with SOPs and instructions.
• Visually inspect final product for defects and FOD.
• Use inspection gages such as micrometers, calipers, Keyence, and templates.
• Complete in-house training to obtain inspection stamps.
