Job summary

Domaille Engineering, LLC in Rochester, MN is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC/milling machines for precision aerospace, defense, and fiber optics components. You will work with a skilled team on 5-Axis Milling and Horizontal Machining Centers to tight tolerances, ensuring quality and safety on the production floor.

The role requires hands-on CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining experience required.
• Experience with 5-axis milling and horizontal machining centers preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and specifications; GD&T preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality parts to exact specifications with tight tolerances.
• Set up, machine, and inspect operations to ensure quality standards.
• Use machines, tooling, fixtures, and inspection equipment correctly and efficiently.
• Deburr and finish components to a high standard of quality.
• Identify issues and suggest workflow improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Meet or exceed time and quality benchmarks.
