Job summary

ARCH Global Precision seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on role focused on setting up and running CNC equipment to produce high-precision parts. You will work in a clean, safety-focused environment with opportunities to advance in tooling, machine setup, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience or progression from CNC Operator
• Ability to perform basic machine set-ups and adjustments
• Strong measuring-tool skills (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine set-ups with guidance from leads or engineers
• Install and adjust tooling and fixtures to support production
• Load and verify CNC programs for proper operation
• Make basic offsets, speeds, and feeds adjustments to maintain quality
• Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Interpret blueprints and job orders to meet tolerances
• Record production data and inspection results
• Support continuous improvement for efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and maintain safety
