Job summary

Domaille Engineering, LLC in Rochester, MN is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC and milling machines to produce high-precision aerospace, defense, and fiber optics components. You will join a skilled team, work on 5-axis milling and horizontal machining centers, and contribute to process improvements.

The role includes multiple shifts with differential pay and full benefits starting Day 1, in a safety‑conscious, quality‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level technical education preferred or significant hands-on experience.
• Proficient with measuring and inspection tools and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience setting up tools, fixtures, and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality parts to specifications with tight tolerances.
• Set up, machine, and inspect operations to quality standards.
• Utilize tooling and fixtures correctly for efficient production.
• Deburr and finish components to a high standard of quality.
• Identify issues and suggest process improvements.
• Meet or exceed time and quality benchmarks.
• Mentor less-experienced machinists when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
