Delkor Systems, Inc. in Minnesota seeks an experienced CNC machinist to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 5‑axis machines. You will read prints, program with CAM, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with programmers and estimators, optimize tooling, and maintain a clean, safe shop. The role requires strong math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machine setup and operation experience.
• 2+ years programming experience (CAM, conversational, and/or G-code). 5‑axis programming experience preferred.
• Two‑year machining degree or 5+ years industry experience.
• Strong math skills with ability to convert metric/standard.
• Proficient with prints, tooling, machining methods, and precision measuring tools.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, 5‑Axis Mills, and manual machines.
• Produce high‑quality parts that meet shop quality standards.
• Read and interpret prints; program using CAM systems, conversational controls, and/or G‑code.
