Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and manual machines to produce aerospace/defense components per drawings.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools and document results.
• Interpret work orders and inspect finished parts to tight tolerances.
• Maintain compliance with ITAR and AS9100 standards and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
