Qualifications

• Extensive experience interpreting travelers, blueprints, set up sheets, and drawings.
• Ability to set up and operate 4/5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Strong inspection skills with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured components for conformance to specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines, including 4 and 5-Axis.
• Support programming to ensure proper use of programs & tools.
• Work from travelers, blueprints, set up sheets, drawings, and/or verbal instructions to plan goals.
• Use measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, plug gauges, etc.
• Maintain a clean work area daily.
• Demonstrate willingness to cross-train and support development of other employees.
