CNC Machinist

A growing advanced manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its production team. This position is responsible for machine setup, programming, operation, inspection, and troubleshooting of precision‑machined components while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a machinist who enjoys working with tight tolerances, complex geometries, and precision manufacturing in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, and related production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications
• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC machines
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Perform machine maintenance and basic repairs as needed
• Machine fixtures, tooling, and components to tight tolerances
• Ensure quality, productivity, and on‑time completion of assigned work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Strong CNC setup and machine operation experience
• Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric tolerances
• Experience with G‑Code and M‑Code programming
• Experience with Haas and/or Fanuc controls preferred
• Familiarity with DNC systems is a plus
• Prototype machining experience is a plus
• CNC certification or trade school training is highly desirable
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
